A small opening in the lid enables you to add extra water or oil without opening the lid, that adds to its convenience. The dough is almost prepared. The ratio is 2 parts Atta and one part water. Mix both and keep aside for 5 minutes again rotate and keep aside for 2-3 minutes and the dough is almost ready. When changing container use oil on the hands and transfer dough in another container.
