Philips Handheld Garment Steamer GC360/30 - Vertical & Horizontal Steaming, 1200 Watt, up to 22g/min Usage Instructions - If Water droplets drip from the steamer head the possible cause could be as steamer has not heated up sufficiently So let the steamer heat up for 45 seconds (steam ready lights up). The steamer is ready to use when the lights goes off. - If steam leaves stains on the garment or impurities come out of the steamer head which may happens because of scaling deposition and advised to use demineralized or filtered water when filling up the tank. - If steamer does not produce any steam then check the steamer had not heated up sufficiently and let heats up it for 45 Sec second check if you have not pressed the steam trigger fully press it. - Always empty the water tank after use, to prevent scale build-up. Rinse the water tank to remove any deposits.
