User/buyer is requested to check the feed water TDS and then accordingly select the right model as per your need. The membrane NF20/NF40/NF60/NF80/RO Membrane reduces TDS from feed water (20-30), (40-50), (60-70). (75-85) and (< 94) % respectively. Max 2% result may vary due to other factors.
• Membrane flux rate (volume of treated water) ? NF20/NF40/NF60/NF80/RO gives (25-30)/(24-26)/(22-25)/(20-23)/(18-20) litres per hour respectively. Compatible with 100 GPD pump and FR 450 with working pressure 80-90 PSI.
• Purification Stages ? 1) Prefilter fitted with PP spun, 130 GSM, 10 inches, 2) Sediment filter absolute 5 microns with pp layer and fine cloth combinations, 3) Activated Solid Block carbon 1000 IV (not granules), 4) NF/RO membrane, 5) Activated post carbon, 6) AAA cartridge with regulator that gives balanced pH in drinking water. Alkaline is applicable only in AR model. In case of NF80 and RO model, Antiscalant balls are used in prefilter that enhances filter life.
• Membrane Functions ? All the NF or RO membrane reduces TDS (rate varies on membrane variant) from feed water, removes contaminants like arsenic, bromide, lead, pesticide, herbicides, fluoride, toxic material etc. including germs/microbes from feed water. The tap water pressure must be within the range of 5 PSI to 10 PSI. In case of more than 10 PSI tap water pressure PRV is needed. The NF or RO membrane removes germs including impurities and so UV is not compulsory required.
• Specification - Wall mount (or may be used with counter top too by making some arrangement) detachable tank system, built in ABS/Food grade plastic including all accessories. Storage tank 13 litres, electric consumption around 45 watt/hr while running motor, compatible with battery invertor. The large storage tank ensure the drinking water availability for ling time and in case of family gathering too.
• Warranty Details - The water purifier comes with one year warranty for electrical goods and 6 months for inline cartridges. The prefilter and cabinet with indicators do not cover any warranty. The Installation cost is separate (cost may vary between Rs. 500/- to 700/- depending upon distance from city centre). We provide PAN India Installation service in working days (Monday to Saturday between 10 am to 6.30 pm) but in some remote area may be difficult but video call assistance is available.
• Maintenance Schedule ? Spun filter require to replace at interval of 5-6 months in normal water condition but if feed water is visibly dirty then may need to replace early. The inline filters including membrane having service life more than 10000 litres in normal water conditions. A family normally consume 6000 litres per year, easily last up to 18 months. After 18 months service kit replacement is needed. The annual cost comes around Rs. 3000 including visit charges. (Conditions applied).
• Medically drinking water ? The drinking water should have 100 ppm to 300 ppm TDS. 150 ppm to 300 ppm known as mineral water, less than 100 ppm is considered poor. With more TDS, some people may feel heavy taste initially compare to low TDS drinking water. TDS is not impurities but composition of minerals and those are calcium, magnesium, iron, copper, zinc, etc. and these minerals are needed for good health in acceptable range else low TDS causes health problem in long run.

The 100% feed water passes through the NF membrane only and therefore UV is not required but for those who need additional safety, the SS UV introduced. Stage 5) Activated Post Carbon (Coconut Shell): Coconut is antibacterial agent and therefore inhibits the bacterial growth and sweeten the water taste.
